Phil Schneider - November 1995 Lecture

The last lecture that was given by Phil Schneider before his assassination, after 16 attempts. He was a government employee who developed a drill that could make a hole that was 28 feet in diameter, seven miles deep a day, and would leave an agate "residue" that was an added strength to the tunnel. He was also engaged in a "fire fight" with extraterrestrial's which ended with him getting shot and receiving cobalt radiation poisoning.
