Anti-lockdown protesters rallied once again in the Netherlands. Police broke up the unauthorised rally halfway through on the grounds that it violated restrictions. In Germany police dispersed groups of hundreds of people. According to the police, predominantly young people had gathered in Stuttgart’s city centre. The majority did not adhere to the social distancing rules, the alcohol ban or wear masks.
